Founder

Maryanna Koehring is the founder of English for the Job. Maryanna grew up in Franklin, Virginia. She has her BA from Mount Holyoke College and her MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from The School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont. Maryanna launched her business, English for the Job, in 2018 teaching English to local staff at US Embassies worldwide. With a recent move to Arlington, VA, her focus has turned to helping local businesses improve the language skills of their non-native speakers of English staff. What is unique about Maryanna’s approach is that she creates the English language curriculum based on staff’s needs and levels building on job-related vocabulary and phrases.
